The Marthasville Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes you to Marthasville, Missouri, one of the St. Louis area’s most treasured communities. It is a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
This quaint and richly historic town, proudly hailed as the last home of the great pioneer, Daniel Boone, was founded in 1817 by Dr. John Young of Kentucky and named after his wife, Martha. Today’s Marthasville is nestled beside the old Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad which is now the nationally popular Katy Trail State Park, less than a mile from the majestic Missouri River, and under an hour’s drive from St. Louis, famously known as “The Gateway to the West.”
The mission of the Marthasville Area Chamber of Commerce is to promote business prosperity and a healthy community by providing information, services, and advocacy for its members.
